Emerging Leaders have much to say about leadership. This Book is informed by what we are learning from them about what leadership should look like in the future, how it may differ from past models, and how our society can benefit from their insights. If we are to have effective leaders in the future, we must find those potential leaders now and provide them with leadership training and development. That is what we set out to do. As we looked at our region at the turn of the century, it became clear that the leadership profile is in f lux.
